I think it takes all levels of talent to make this site what it is. some people have the skills/money or equipment to make great movies, but some movies are better left off simple with a hand held camera and a paniced guy tearing through the woods away from the zeds.
I showed this to someone, hoping to inspire them to make a zombie short. I think I just depressed them. "It sets a high bar" I sez. "I don't have that tall of a ladder" he sez back.
Awesome short. Definitely worth the wait. The production values are, of course, top notch. Well done, guys! Oh, and the zombie at the end was friggin' awesome.
I got to tell ya, this is a fantastic film! Looks like a sizable crew you had too. A job well done. I look forward to getting mine posted up soon, tentatively titled "Acceptance" in Zone 9. Again, great work!
Beautiful. Great compositions. VO usually rubs me the wrong way after awhile, but it was read with restraint and confidence so it didn't distract me. Only thing that was distracting was the half scratched off Jack Daniels name, but that did make me grin a little. Great work guys. ~Vincent
