  1. Can I use copyrighted or branded material in my submission?

    Unless you have documented permission from the copyright holder you cannot use copyrighted or branded material.

  2. When will the episodes be released?

    As soon as the creative team feels like they have enough to begin to work with we will announce an episodic launch date.

  3. Am I signing away all the rights to my work once it is uploaded?

    In a word: no. However, by uploading you agree to the terms and conditions.

  4. Should my submission have an intro or credits?

    All submissions should be clear of intro's and credits, all information of your film will be addressed on the profile you have set up for yourself.

  5. Do there need to be zombies in my film?

    It's your choice, as long as your submission takes place in zones 4-9. See the next question.

    Nope, sorry. The undead only appear from zone four upwards. Zones 1-3 are the catalyst for that emergence.

  7. What will happen to my submission once I send it in?

    Your submission will become a part of the Nation Undead community. If we really like your submission, you will be contacted by the creative team for a hard copy of your work.

  8. What are the time limits for a submission?

    No shorter than 3mins and no longer than 7mins in length

  9. Can I use music in my submission?

    Only original music or rights granted to music can be used in films.

  10. Do I have to shoot my submission based on the zone I live in?

    You can shoot for other zones but be sure to keep landmarks eg. The Statue of Liberty, out of your film if your shooting for any other zone than zone 9, it needs to look like the state according to the zone.

  11. How do I best utilize the digital props?

    Use of the props is at the filmmakers dicretion.

  12. How do I know when I can use the digital props provided in the Resource bunker?

    Read the zone props carefully, some props are not introduced until later zones

  13. What is the differnce between Resprin Flu and Resprin X?

    Resprin is the original strain of the virus that is terminal with flu like symptoms. Resprin X is the stronger strain of the flu that causes zombification. This only apprears in chapter 4 and onward.
